AUTHORIZED AI IMAGE CLEANUP
Remove a visible AI watermark from your image.
Use this AI watermark remover only on an image you created, own, or have permission to modify. Brush over the visible label in the pixels, then inspect the generated replacement. This tool does not remove provenance metadata, C2PA credentials, or AI-detection signals.

Common photo watermark removal: before and after
The divider moves on its own to reveal the before-and-after result. Drag it anytime to examine the local edit at your own pace.
Remove a repeated preview watermark from an authorized photo
This controlled example uses the repeated, semi-transparent preview pattern commonly seen across proof images. The clean side keeps the same lighthouse, rocks, sea, and lighting aligned for inspection.
Remove authorized AI watermarkHOW IT WORKS
How to remove a visible AI watermark in three steps
Confirm ownership and terms
Check that you own the image or have permission to alter the visible label and that the source platform allows the edit.
Mark only the visible overlay
Cover the complete letters, icon, transparency, and shadow while keeping unrelated subject detail outside the mask.
Inspect pixels and provenance
Check the reconstructed area closely and keep any required attribution, metadata, or disclosure intact.
DETAILED GUIDE
What an AI watermark remover can and cannot change
A visible watermark is part of the image pixels. Inpainting replaces the marked pixels with a plausible continuation based on nearby color, texture, light, and structure. It does not reveal the exact concealed image and cannot validate authorship or originality.
Provenance systems such as embedded metadata or content credentials are different from a visible label. Removing pixels does not remove those signals. Keep required AI-use disclosures and source records even when you are permitted to clean a temporary mark from your own draft.
Small marks over sky, wall, fabric, or another continuous surface are easier than large overlays crossing a face, product, or typography. Work in sections and compare every boundary at 100% before publishing.
Appropriate AI watermark cleanup scenarios
Your own generated draft
Clean a temporary AI DRAFT label that you added to an image you created when the editable source is unavailable.
An authorized client proof
Remove an approved proof overlay after the rights holder has authorized the final image use.
A permitted export label
Modify a visible export label only when the platform terms and your license allow it.
When to use a remove AI watermark from image tool
Use a remove AI watermark from image workflow for a visible pixel overlay on an image you own or may edit. It is not a metadata cleaner, AI-detector bypass, or proof that an image was created without AI.
When a clean official export is available, download that version instead. Use inpainting only when an authorized visible mark remains and the nearby image provides enough context for a credible reconstruction.

FAQ
Does this remove C2PA or AI metadata?
No. It edits visible pixels only. It does not remove content credentials, metadata, provenance, or AI-detection signals.
Can I remove any AI platform watermark?
Only when you own the image, have permission to modify it, and the platform terms allow the edit.
Will the exact hidden image be restored?
No. AI inpainting generates a plausible local replacement from surrounding visible pixels.
